Discover The Journey

My name is Miguel. I am a car enthusiast. An engineer or mechanic, I am not. I am actually an anesthesiologist by day (although often times by night as well. Ugghh those call days!). So this is what is going to make this journey quite the challenge. Although a challenge I see as fun, exciting, undoubtedly frustrating at times I’m sure, but ultimately fulfilling and rewarding throughout and in the end (whenever that is)

I’ve always had a passion for cars and a fascination for building things. A few years ago, I discovered Factory Five car kits, and I began to research them last year. Finally after some money saved up, and a lot of research, I finally decided to take the plunge.

When I shared my plans with family and friends, many were intrigued. My dad and some friends wished they could watch the process, so I came up with a way to share the experience with them on this blog.
